Oral presentations

Oral presentations have the following characteristics:

  • In a session with up to four other presenters
  • A Q&A-session follows all presenters

A workshop is an opportunity for a group of interested delegates to be engaged in intensive discussion and activity on a particular topic. A workshop can be structured in a form of a crafted panel, a dialogue or debate and should contain interactive activities.

Workshops have the following characteristics:

  • 60–90 minutes duration
  • Interactive part with the delegates
  • Held by 2–3 presenters
  • Q&A follows all presenters

Each poster will be presented on a poster board. The maximum dimensions for your poster are 220 cm x 115 cm. Your poster does not have to be the maximum size, but should be large enough to be read from a comfortable distance of at least 1.5 metres.

You print and bring your own poster. A poster of about 150 cm x 100 cm is usually a convenient and affordable size.
